Refund policy

3 days Exchange Window: Upon receiving the product delivery, you will be entitled to a 3 days exchange window where if you want to exchange the product, you must contact us or drop a message on 9000924411 (sms or WhatsApp) or customercare@sharmapearls.com. The return will be approved if a message request is dropped within exchange-window timeline, even if we couldn’t acknowledge it with a response within the same day.

*We do not offer refunds/credit notes on Personalized Items and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.*

Exchange Process: 

  1. Once your exchange request is registered our team will acknowledge it via 9000924411 (sms or WhatsApp) or customercare@sharmapearls.com.
  2. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and ship it to the address: Sharma Pearls and Jewellers, 21-2-92/93 gulza houz, Kali Kaman Rd, beside Agra Sweet House, Char Kaman, Telangana 500002, Mobile: 9000924411
  3. Once we receive the products in our store, we will check the quality and process the exchange in case the quality check is approved.
  4. If you want to change your product with another product, our team will assist you in choosing another product and the new product will be dispatched immediately post-return and inspection of the previous product.

Please note you can exchange an item purchased on www.sharmapearls.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy:

Apologies currently we do not accept return request. However, if you have received a Damaged / Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for Exchange only. Please note: No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video.

Cancellation Policy:

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email to customercare@sharmapearls.com with your order number within 12 hours.

For Refund: We will initiate your payment in 2-3 working days through an IMPS/UPI. We will try to initiate refunds as soon as possible from our end and in most cases, the refunds are given almost immediately.
